Hi experts,
I have one problem. when i am doing production order
Example,
Unit of measurement Of All 3 item is KG. All 3 items are Batch wise & Exiceble.
Item A, Parent Item
Item B & C, Component Item
Production for item A,
Required Qyt Practicle Production Process Qty
B=>200kg B=>220kg
C=>300kg C=>320kg
In practicaly we required more quntity as compare to required qty becoz their is wastage material while production process.
i have to maintain how much wastage for that perticular order.
Now in my system(SAP b1 Version 8.80 PL 6) when i am doing issue for production,system taking only required quantity
so how can i do this in my system. Please help.
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
You can issue more than required quantity during issue of production order.
Just change the quantity field in issue for production window.
Let me know if you need futher information.

Hi,
If I understand you correctly, you are using backflush to issue component. In this way, system will only issue the BOM defined qty. If you do not want to change to manual issue, you have to increase BOM qty to include those average waste.

Hi Santhosh,
Even though You have Defined 200,300 Kg in Bill Of Material , You can issue More Qty while doing Issue For Production and you can track the differences from the Summary Tab.
