Hi Jury,

no, of course not. Regarding the circumstance that on one site SAP EP is a J2EE server and xmlforms editor e.g. is a java applet, which produces xml files, and on other Adobe Dreamweaver is proprietary software from a 3rd party company mainly for editing HTML content, I wouldnt even think about such a "transformation". Further, the edit and creation tools you mentioned are completely different in their architecture and mode of operation. For example WPC uses a combination from PCD and KM to realize something similar to a CMS in portal, Dreamweaver cant handle stuff like this.

If you want a possibility for easy editing and creating web content in EP, I would like to recommend you to take a look to available 3rd party CMS solutions, like OpenText web content management for SAP EP. This solutions are very pricy (in my opinion) and the software quality and support level are poor, comparing to non SAP EP CMS solutions, that are available on market. But anything is good comparing to WPC (also my imho, Im sure some people in Walldorf have completely opposite point of view ).

Hi Steffi,

thanks for your reply.

I like to use dreamweaver html editor also in WPC and the xml forms. I know that the TinyMCEEditor only canbe used in the WPC (or am i wrong?), but Im searching for a general html editor. An editor which can be used in the xml forms and in km as well.

Did you try the solution that is explained in the linked thread? This should at least help with KM editing and maybe it's also working for the rest.

Hi Steffi,

I did not try the solution, because this solution is only for local edting. When you do new html in km or open a xml form then the html editor of the portal is used. It is not using the local editing.
