Arabic Language in ESS

We have ESS services and HCM F&P requests that needs to be in Arabic.

In the current system English is on left and Arabic is on the right.

Do you have any Idea what is the best way we can do this in a WDA service and HCM F&P?

It is that we will have fixed field which will change based on the login language?
