cogi with REM Process

Hi Experts

Please guide can we implemet COGI with REM mfg. process. What will be benefits and what problem we can face.

Dear,

Yes you can use COGI in REM and you can restrict the same by OSP2 - REM profile under control Data 1- include the check box for Execute correction in dialog mode and radio button for mandatory.

Its a business call whether you want to use COGI or not.  If you have material shortage at the time of confirmation MFBF and you want to clear these after posting the good movements then you can use the COGI.

dear,

In REM scenario, if you want to know the reason for the failure of goods movements,

then I would suggest you to incldue the check box for create also

individual post processing record in OSP2 and assign this REM profile and the post

processing records (list of backlog documents) can be seen in MF47 and also in COGI.

You can process in background using program "RMSERI13"

and you need to ensure that the REM materials are assigned with REM profile
