Communications not up to date

Dear SCN support,

I've just received a notification email saying that sent me a direct message. So I logged in to SCN and went to my "Communications" tab in order to answer, but cannot find it whatever filter I use...

Here are a few screenshots taken at 11H48 AM (CET):

No filter (I select ALL communications):

Filter on direct messages:

Email received more than 15 minutes ago:

Are you facing some issues with the communications tab? Or is that possible that the private message was deleted by sender, hence preventing me from answering?

Hi Nicolas,

this issue has been resolved by today, when we applied a fix for our activity engine. Apologies for this taking a bit longer then it should have.

Hi Oliver,

Thanks a lot for the feedback. But for your information I still didn't receive any email notification for your answer (seems that I keep receiving emails with one day delay approx.). However I guess this is not the same issue as I can see your answer from the communication tab within SCN.

I'm flagging this question as answered then.

There have been some issues with delayed receipt of communications inbox messages lately.  IT is working on resolving it ASAP. Some days/times are better than others.

It was first noticed and reported here:

I got duplicate emails as well, but only 9 of them .

Hi Nicolas,

It is a know issue and we opened a ticket on this.

I've added it also to COMM-2156 - Multiple emails being sent following one action.
