Hello,
Currently, I have ERP 6.0 EhP4 with Kernel 7.01 level194.
Question: should I replace it with kernel 7.20 or 7.21? I have MsSql and Win 64bit Unicode.
Thank you
Chris

Hello
There are certain limitations for Kernel release 7.20 EXT
Check this SAP Note:
Note 1553301 - 7.20 EXT Kernel - Usage

Yes you should, newer kernel version offer security fixes\speed enhancements\stability\etc etc; as an example for you a recently built 7.4 Java App server for myself using the 7.40 kernel restarts in under 2 mins (30 - 35 secs shutdown, 50 - 70 secs startup). Now granted I don't have it doing much yet as its going to replace some older adobe servers in my environment.
