Changing Sequence of Dataproviders in Workbook (settings)

Greetings all

I recently discovered a Knowledge Base Article (1744301) explaining how to change the sequence of variables (data providers) in a workbook. The KBA deals with two scenarios. The first is setting the sequence of Data Providers in a workbook and the second changing the sequence of variables in an individual query.

The issue I have encountered relates to the first scenario - changing the sequence of data providers. The KBA has a screenshot highlighting 4 buttons that enable the changing of the data providers sequence. I am unable to see these buttons on our system!!!

Our current configuration is as follows:

BW 7.3 SP07

SAPGUI 730 Patch level 3

Excel 2007

In Excel I have tried various security settings including Enable All Macros and Trust access to the VBA project object module.

I am aware of another client with BW 7.3 SP05, SAPGUI 720 (patch level unknown) and Excel 2003 which has the same issue.

I have searched through SAP Notes for clues but to the answer for my dilemma but have found known.

Does anyone how to display these buttons?
