BusinessObjects 4.0 Default Settings

Good Afternoon:

We are going to go from a local market system to a Global Version of 4.0. The question is there a way for example a US user logs in the default setting from the WebiDefaultSyleSheet is one way (for example Paper size and font etc). Then another user from Latin America logs it they will use a different WebiDefaultSyleSheet.
