MTO and Multiple Batch Size

I have 2 batch size (Lot Size) as below

35 Kgs. and 55 Kgs.

If Order qty. is 90 Kgs then currently I manually creates batches as below

One batch of 35 Kgs. and one of 55 Kgs.

What should be MRP settings so that system will create batch size?

Hi,

During the confirmation please split the batches into two quantity 55 and 35 with different batch numbers.

Select the GR line item and then click split button at the goods movement tab in CO11N.

For this you should auto goods receipt functionality.

We have batch size as 35 kg , 55 kg and sales order was received for 90 kg.

Production Order should be planned as one batch of 35 Kgs and one batch of 55 Kgs (35 + 55 = 90 Kgs) automatcally. Manual Splitting not required.

What should be MRP settings.
