Hi All,
We are trying to map the Customer service repair process, We have Configured the Action Box, for creating Sales order using FM QM06_FM_TASK_RMA_ORDER_CREATE.
But the problem is When we create Notification, using IW51, 1. The System is not allowing me to Create the Sales order, and System Status Sales order Assign has Traffic Signal of red, I would not able to understand this Error, even in Change mode also Same. 2. Sale Order Number Field itself is Not available only Service order field is shown in IW51
I just want to understand and requesting experts Comments to resolve this problem.

Yes there is setting between Notification and Sales Order.
However Kindly share the screen shot. Let us understand the exact issue.

Hi Pete,
A. IW51 – Create Service notification
B. After entering all required fields, then we create repair sales order by selecting Create Repair sales order in action box using FM and Business object type “PMMB” System gives up Pop for Order type and qty to be entered
C. After entering the system gives me a message as below
"Repair Order will be created after saving"
D. IW51 Service Notification is Saved and Message. Notification is Created But there is no sales order created
the error Screen Short is attached
Summary of error as below
1. Sales order is not getting Created
2. Sales order number is not Visible in Notification
3. Service Notification, System Status Updated But Document Flow is not Updated.

I believe PMMB was put against your Function module under Business transaction, which is supposed to be QM69
can you please put the screenshot of Action box configuration for your repair order from additional functions ?
