Empty Function, Department fields on Contact Person list of Account

Hello All,

When i create new contact  person then i assign to the account but if i speciy my contact person as a main contact, function and department fields are missing on view.. i should open contact person page and look for it details.

Anybody have solution about this bug.

Hi Aydin,

In the Contact Person Edit Screen SAP Provides 3 different fields with name Function and Department Fields in the Configuration.

So you should sure that in the table you are added the same field which you are showing in the Contact Person Edit Screen.

I tested and its working fine.

Please Take look in the Below Screen.

In your case, only thing you have to do is Map the Fields(showing same fields) in the Contact Person Edit Screen and the Contact Person table View Screen i Over View Page.
