RH_AUTHORITY_CHECK_OFF not working

Hi,

We are using 'RH_INSERT_INFTY' to update PD records for an employee. It keeps failing with a no authorisation error. i.e. the manager doesn't have access to these object when submitting the request for the employee. We have tried the above function module but it doesn't work - anything else we can do? When the users have SAP_ALL everything works fine.

We have used similar function modules for PA updates, before HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION and they worked fine.
