Unrequired notifications

Hi,

Previousely I used to get notificatinos only for my post, now I am getting notifications for all posts/activity in the SDN because of this my mail box is filled with all notifications and its very tiresome to delete such mails and start worfk.  In the Perosonal setting- Preferences I even selected the radio button NEVER for the notofications stil there is no stopping.

Requiest you please help me if anyone having idea.
