Dear Experts,
We are using the COPA Assessment cycles for transferring the Cost booking against General Cost Centers to the Material and Plant Level.
In KEU1: We are using one Assessment cost element and PA Structure.
After running the assessment cycle (T CODE: KEU5) I am checking whether the actual line items appeared or not.
KEU5: same screen Tab "GO TO" --->Processed to Date .....> Period From to To and executing the same. Here I am getting the list of actual line items and I am able to see the values flowing to the target value fields which were used in the report.
Problem:
I am unable to see the values in the report even though I have used the same value fields in the report which were used in the PA structure..

Hi Jyosh,
Please ensure that your report has a filter for record type 'D' which is posted for the assessment. Maybe you could also check directly in KE24 with selection criteria for the period, record type D and the material and plant that you have provided in the receiver.

Thanks for the immediate reponse.
I did not not considered record type in the general selection criteria and not considered as a characteristic in the report assuming that all the record type values will be considered.
After executing KEU5 and I am checking in KEU6 values are flowing to PA.
Mean to say I am able to see the values in KE24. Values not appearing in the report

I identify the root cause.We have grouped all the materials into various material groups.
We have considered those groups as receivers in the Assessment Cycle.
In my report we want to know the profitability of each material group level considering variety type and item category.
we are using item categories(SD) and variety types(MM) also.
In KE35:
First column : Material Group - Actual Cost:
Parameters:
Plan /Actual:0
Material Group: Matgrp1
Variety Type: Mat-A
Item Category : ZNR1
We have selected required variety types and item categories in addition to the material group.
Earlier In Assessment Cycle receivers list I have considered only material group now I included Variety types also.
Report is showing the assessment values in the following situations:
In KE35,If I use only material group(no variety types& item categories) - values are visible in the report
In KE35, If i use material group and variety types and adding the variety types in Assessment cycle receiver list, values are visible in the report.
Expectation:
As I need 3 combinations in ke35 (Mat grp, Varty Typ, Itm Cat), added these 3 in my receiver list of assessment cycle.
Now values are not appearing. Using item category in KE35 is must.
Please guide me.

I doubt that CO-PA assessment cycle don’t have item category value as receiver characteristics or CO-PA document which have record type “f” don’t have material group “Matgrp1”, Variety Type “Mat-A”, Item Category “ZNR1”.
You should check sender amount and receiver amount in CO-PA assessment result screen.
