About Single Sign-On between Sap EP and SuccessFactors

Dears,

I have a request to put in place the Sso between Sap EP and SuccessFactors.

According the pdf of Mihaylov the prerequisite it's the availability of the package IDMFEDERATION on the Sap Netweaver system chosed for the setup of the Sso.

It is part of the products "Sap Netweaver Single Sign-On" or "Sap Netweaver Identity Management"

I have the following questions :

1)

Maybe there is an error from our side, but we understood the solutions "Sap Netweaver Single Sign-On" and "Sap Netweaver Identity Management" are not fully required, but just the package IDMFEDERATION.

Is it really possible to pull out the single package IDMFEDERATION from their original products and to deploy it on an existing Netweaver 731 Sp7 system, rather than to setup completely one of two products ?

Really It does not need any other package as prerequisite ?

2)

The Netweaver 731 Sp7 (based on Linux Suse 9) where we think to deploy the IDMFEDERATION package it's used as BI development system.

Anyone knows if there are conflicts ?

3)

The Netweaver 731 Sp7 where we think to deploy the IDMFEDERATION package it's already used for Sso with AD , using Kerberos.

Anyone knows if there are conflicts ?
