Incorrect No Range getting assigned to prospect in Sales Role

Dear All,

I have copied the standard bp role for prospect which is BUP002 into Y001, no range assigned is Z4 which has no range intervals between 0008000000-0009000000

Next under the customization Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges I have assigned my Y001 role to the number range, interval screen shot attached below

Business Role created is y_salespro ,In Customization Define business role the functional profiles which I have assigned is y_default for the functional profile id crmui_mplayout

Under the base customization for Interaction Centre Webclient-Define Account Identification Profiles- the y_default account identification profiles contain the grouping y001.

I have assigned the y_default as my account identification profile

Now when I am creating my prospect with the customized sales role the system throws a different no range when the prospect is getting saved. Please advice if I have missed out on any configurations. However when the prospect is getting created from the interaction center role the correct no range is getting determined.

Kind Regards

This is resolved by adding the grouping tab in the create account screen of the sales role, once the same was added, the correct grouping had to be selected hence the number range was then coming correctly.

    Kind Regards
