Hi Experts,

We are in SRM701, the message " There is no iView available for system "SAP_SRM": object "inv". For more information, contact your administrator." appears when trying to select Invoice Exceptions and click details in the Invoice Screen.

Please advise.

Hi Kumar

This problem is from the Portal Role the user has. Check with your portal administrator and ask them to see what iviews have been assigned to the Portal role user has.

There will be iViews like Display Shopping Cart, Display Invoice , Display confirmation etc. Ask the admin to appropriately enable them for the role.  Your ID must be missing Display Invoice iView that is why you are facing the issue.

In case the iView is available check with the Security Person to see if you have the POWL Component assigned in the Role in transaction PFCG.
