Campaign HV - Not sending e-mail

Dear Experts,

Hope you are doing great!

We have configured the HV Campaign scenario with file export and e-mail. When we execute HV Campaign in E-mail scenario, the e-mail is not going out.

When we execute the Sap Mass Mailer (SMM) report, we get the message that there is no packages to process. In AL11 we saw that the files are getting created, but the report SMM doesn't understand the files as packages to send emails.

I saw that we have to configure the Sap Mass Mailer with an RFC to SMTP but we don't have idea how to do that.

Any input will be highly appreciated.
