System Guided TO Problems

Former Member

Currently our warehouse transaction are all paper based. I would like to investigate using the system guided possibilities of the RF Monitor. I have configured two queues, and have assigned my User ID to this queue. When I look in LRF1, I see my User ID assigned to the queue, and I see 15 transfer orders assigned to the queue. However, when I attempt to use the System guided transactions (LM07 and LM04), I receive a message that "The system could not find transfer order for execution". Can anyone explain what I may be missing?

Thanks

Note the first TO number from your queue.

Also note the delivery or other previous documents on which TO is created.

If you are in the queue, and TOs are in queue, only a lock record could be the reason.

Go to SM12, see if there is a lock argument in the lock table for any of those.

Once, I had a lock record for general TR table so not a single TR and TO could be
processed until I manually deleted the lock record.

Mihailo,

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The issue was a requirement for a pick handling unit, stopping the TO being assigned to the processors queue.
