Not able to display Leave types in Leave Request ( India)

Dear All,

This is the first time I tried configuring ESS leave request for India ( standard), some how still i don't see leave types displayed in the portal.

I'm stuck here, please help, appreciate immediate response...Thanks in advance Ram

leaves will be displayed according to the rule group and webmo assigned to the user

I checked all the settings, there was issue with PSG grouping for Absence quotas, i corrected it, now it displays the leave types, but when apply for leave, it says: " You are not one of the possible agents of task " WS12300111 ", I checked the V_t554s_web, in Workflow template section: WF Ids are blank, i think there is no WF template in the system, please tell me how to proceed on this now?

Hi,

As indicated by Siddharth, please check the "WF ID of New Request" fieldname [WORKFLOW_TASKNEW] under Workflow template section in table  V_T554S_WEB. If not maintain the workflow template I.D as required.

if you want to use WF, then it should be maintained in V_t554s_web also it should be general ie in PFTC.

I maintained wf standard template: 12300111, but don't see it in F4 entries, but still i get same error even without option of: Process request using workflow, coming to PFTC, i don't see: 12300111, do i need to create new entry: 12300111 using PFTC, please tell me....

search in standard task or WF template, it should be available

check your employee which ESG and PSG he belongs and also rule group for that entry should be made in V_t554s_web

I checked in WF template from PFTC, i didn't find 12300111, do i need to check it some where else to find this, how to proceed further...

Yes, found it, checked in basic data it says: Release status: Not defined. i guess it should be in implemented/released status.
