loyalty management----cannot edit Loyalty cards in the card overview

Hi Experts,

I have issues editing Loyalty.Cards in loyalty overview page.

step1:--- I have created a new Member activity with the external card number and I have a new Membership Id with 'ANONYMOUS MEMBERSHIP' with the Temporary card.

step2:--- I have assigned a member to this Membership and status has changed to standard Membership from anonymous.

step3:--- Now I want to change the card from Temporary card to Co-Branded by editing in the card overview page. I am not able to edit any fields expect the statuses. All the fields are in READ ONLY MODE.

Can anybody help me fix this issue

Hi Raj,

I believe you cant edit card type from card page.

You need to handle through code whether to update card type or Issue new card after updating membership from Anonymous to Standard

Thank you for your reply.  I have tried with all the possible ways where I can do some customizing for the above requirement. And at the end I also realized after looking at the code for the card types,

for this requirement we need to develop a custom code.

@Caíque  Thank you for your quick reply too.. as mentioned I can only edit the Statuses but not the rest of the fields. But as Dinesh suggested me too believe that we need to write a code to trigger this requirement.

Hi Raj,

I'm trying to create Anonymous Membership  but I can't. I've already execute the report RLOY_CRD_ATC_GENERATE and a .cvs document has been generated with the temporary cards ID's into the loyalty program. However when I create a member activity using the external ID appears the error "Member activity status set to Contains Errors; errors in document" and the member activity isn't created. Therefore none anonymous membership is created.

Do you have any idea? How did you carry out this process?

Hello Carolina,

Please maintain the Number ranges for Anyonymus temp cards. under spro-->Marketing-->Memberships--->Membership cards--->Define number ranges forAnynomys temp cards (object-->LOY_MSH_ID and No.Range Interval -->01),

Please try with these settings, hopefully it works.

Hi Raj,

The problem has been solved. One issue was the number range but the mean problem was the status profile for Loyalty cards. As we activated LOY_PRO, the status card profile was "deleted" from client 100. At the end we had to transport the profile from client 000 to client 100.

Is it possible to rollback the status? I mean, you can try to set the status to open again.
