Authority for Infopackages

Hi, experts!

I need to give authority tо read for all infopackages in system except two infopackages.

For read I use object S_RS_ADMWB with ACTVT = 03 and RSADMWBOBJ = INFOPACKAG. But it has given authority tо read for all infopackages.

How I can give ACTVT = 23 for some infopackages?
