Functional locations and equipment link tables

Hi Experts,

We need tables to get the information as per below scenario.

Single Equipment will install and uninstall from multiple functional locations . in this case we need to find date and time of installation and uninstallation from each functional location.

Scenario in detail -

Equipment will install in one functional location and after some period of time, the same equipment will be uninstalled from the first functional location.

Again same Equipment will install in other functional location and after some period of time, it will be uninstalled from the second functional location.

The same process repeats for couple of times.

In above scenario, we need to track equipment installation date and time in first functional location and Uninstallation date and time.

The same details are required for second functional location.
