Can any one help me for below error on Schedule time when auto sending mail.

Replay me any one  ASAP..

Hi all,

it is only showing me error when i am scheduling for email. if i set it to inbox and file server then it will work fine but when i am choose it for email then it will show me report processing unit.

please help me out.'

hi,

check out your mail configuration and then schedule it. you will never find this error .

Hi Haresh,

Do you mean it fails even you dont schedule the report to email destination?

If the issue is just with email destination then please check AJS > Destination configuration if email configuration is properly set. check if you are able to send email to the mail server from BO server using command prompt

Did you check AJS email destination cofiguration if it is correct?

CMC > Serves > AdaptiveJobServer > right click and select destination.

I guess tracing the Job Server is the best option going forward since error is very generic and you think your settings are correct.

change log level to HIGH on the specific job server > reproduce the issue > check the logs for SMTP error.

well once you have the correct logs.. search for keywords like SMTP, error etc...
