Charm Urgent Correction: No Import to Test System / No import to prod. system

Dear all,

We have a problem with the urgent correction (type ZDHF, copy of SDHF).

System Landscape for Hotfix Maintenance (different clients in one system):

511 (DEV) -> 512 (TST) -> 513 (PRD) -> 501 (RETROFIT)

Short process/error description:

We create an urgent correction. the workflow (action profile) works fine, Transports is created, Transport of Copies also.

Both can be imported to follow-up test system (Client 512).

But when we want to start import to prod system (Client 513), we receive error messages that the Transport is not imported to the test system:

  • "No Import into test system has taken place" (SOCM_ACTION_LOG010)
    and
  • "Transport request is not flagged for import into production" (SOCM_ACTION_LOG_013)

The transport is available for import to the prod system (Client 513) in the import queue though...

Do you have any idea, where to look now?

All actions are triggered using the action profile - no manuall action (except releasing the transport sub-task).

PS:

We are upgrading to SolMan 7.1, thus we still use SDHF/ZDHF in 7.1 environment.

    The solution was as simple (and kind of embarrasing) as it could be:

    The User for the TMS RFC-Connection “TMSADM@ABC.DOMAIN_ABC” was locked due to wrong password settings.

    Someone from Basis team apparently changed it without notice.

    Hi Jan

    test Transport are created in normal correction and not in urgent correction

    this error is normal because initially when you schedule a job first the ToC goes to QA box but when you change the status to consolidated the orignal TR is released therefore this has to be imported again to QA box.

    once you do this then only if you schedule a job it will import the changes to PRD

    this will resolve the issue
