Revaluation Of Fixed Assets

Dear Team,

we are doing asset revaluation. suppose if asset purchased on 1st April 2013 with value of  100000. in month of July i am re-valuating the same by 20000/-. now system is calculating depreciation from 1st April. here my requirement is it should be on Revaluation posted date. how i can do it..

I don't think that's possible.. This is a standard design..

Its better to post the revaluation amount in the form of a Sub asset

May be you can AS02,Change ODep Start date as your Revaluation posted date.
