Link between PR and PR approval Workflow

Hello Experts!

Is there any table or FM which can provide the PR approver name from the approval workflow by using PR number.

For example: PR 1001 is approved by Person 'A' is displaying under WF overview. Now i want to fetch this detail into my report. Please suggest your valuable opinion on this.
