Hello,
We are currently configuring CLM for one of our department to store contracts. One of the steps that I have is to create
a document security template. My question is about the "Default Representing" field, I cannot find where the data for this field
is coming from, we would like to add our own department (default representing). I.e. Purchasing, Information Technology, etc...
This can be found under Setup->Document setup>document security template->New Collaborators tab
Thanks,
Abdul.
Hi Abdul,
The values in the drop down for "Represents" values are maintained in Set up --> Master Data --> Value List Values. Under the value list values list there is a VLV named - Department. The standard values can be updated or you can add new values to the list in Edit mode.

Parankush

For your awareness, the only use for this information today is that it shows up in the collaboration table on the header tab of the document type the security template is set up for. It drives no system functionality.
