User view text in SO10 is in different font

Hi,

User reported that they are viewing text in tcode SO10 in different font. The form that is used is SYSTEM so the font is Courier 12. I am able to see it in Courier 12 but user is viewing it in Times New Roman. Is this has got to do something with the GUI?
