Missing part List while create production Orders

Hi Expert,

              I am facing the issue of Material check availability while create an production order and It is not give me warning of missing materials.Also there is not appearing Missing part list in CO24.

Kindly suggest me.

Hi Santosh,

This sounds like an availability check is not being executed at all.

Check your settings in OPJK:

Plant                   <Insert your plant>

Order Type           <Insert your plant>

Business funct.       1 (for creation)

Double click on the relevant entry and ensure that "No Check" is not selected.

If this does not help, then set a breakpoint at FM AVAILABILITY_CHECK_CONTROLLER and check if the breakpoint is hit when you execute CO01. If it is, then please post a screenshot of your CO09 here for the relevant material.

Hello Santosh,

First make sure that order is really having missing parts in stock.than make sure below settings.

check which availability check maintained in MRP3 view in material master.if maintained than again check in OVZ2 for your availibility check  "No Check" checkbox must not be checked.
