RSP 3.2 Installation Error on SAP B1 9.2 version on HANA

Hello Expert,

We are installing RSP 3.2 for our client who is on SAP B1 9.2 version on HANA. During the installation is says "Registration for Agent service is failed". Also when we try to log in it gives an error as "Agent service is not available check the agent service and restart the remote support platform". When I go into SERVICES, the startup type of RSP Agent service is Automatic (Delayed Start). I changed it to Automatic in Properties and hit start, it gives an error as "Windows cannot start RSP agent service on Local Computer." Also I have attached screen shot for all the error mentioned. Your help is highly appreciated.
