Xcelsius has stopped working APPCRASH

Hi SAP Experts I have a problem with Dashboards 4.0,
I installed Dashboards 4.0 for BPC MS 10.0 on  a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64 bits Service Pack 1 with Office 2007 32 bits.

When I open the Dashboards appears this error.

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch to' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

I click in the retry bottom several times and also in the “Switch to” button and it doesn´t work, then the program shows another window that says:
Xcelsius has stopped working:
Windows can check online for solution to the problem

Then the program closes…

I saw in other posts that sometimes this error appears because the Excel process is already open, but I kill that process before I started the program, and the error still is there.

Also I try this: start>run> regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\msxml4.dll
But I didn´t have this msxml4.dll file.

I also installed and uninstall xcelsius, the epm connector and the office several times and the error persists...

Please, can someone help me?

I attached the error:

Hi

Xcelsius looks for Live Office it seems.   Since your Microsoft office - may disturb the Live office..

Reinstall Live Office for Xcelsius

Hi

It seems to be an error related to Excel.

Please check if you have an entry in regedit as

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel\Resiliency\

Also try by uninstalling and re-installing Excel.

Thanks

Hi cynthia,

Please check the PAM and see if you are trying to install everything on the compatible lines.
