Hello Experts,
We have following issue in Interactive Center application:
In E-mail Overview Bench, there are e-mails listed as IN PROGRESS even though the email is completed marked completed by Agents.
Can you tell me why these are still in progress and how to mark them as "Completed"?

Hello Experts,
This is due to email status is saved in two different tables in CRM.
And also in proper way of completing email from agents queue is causing this issue.
