Error Mounting DVD

When I enter the DVD Mount Point in the SUM Tool , I am getting the following error as screen dump .

Please advice .Thanks

Hi Clement,

Please check the mountpoint which you are giving as input is accessable or not .

do not copy paste teh path else navigate to path.

Hi Clement,

Please check the permission of dir as mentioned above permisison should be 777 or atleast 755. And also check the mount option of this dir. This sholud be like below.

rw,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,bg,hard,addr=X.X.X.X

To check this please execute below command as root user

mount |grep <name of file system>

Check your Permissions to Mount CD, also check you moounted as Read-Only filesystem.

Paste the full path of the mount point, make sure there should not be any space in the path.

make sure you can ls -l the files in that folder and also apply 777 to it.

Can be a permission issue, check whether it has the read permission .

Or simply copy this dump locally to any other folder and give that path ..
