SAP OS Migration Media List?

Dear Experts,

We are doing the ECC 6 EHP 4 Migration. Details as below:

Source OS: Windows 2008 ( Cloud)

Source DB: Oracle 11.2.0.2.0

Target OS: IBM AIX 7.1 (IBM P710)

Target OS: Oracle 11.2.0.3.0

*********************************************

The Software Media :

1) Software Provisioning Manager for Windows and AIX ( For Target & Source System Respectively )

2) Kernel ( Delivered with SPM )

3) Oracle 11G Software ( RDBMS)

4) Oracle Client

5) Oracle Patches

6) Export File ( Which we have exported from Source System)

Kindly confirm on the same and suggest me if I am missing something.
