Settlement

Hi Guru's,

I would like to ask your help and advice regarding settlement.

We have service order's which actually has 3 lines in settlement rule, assigned to different source assignments.

But I notice, only 2 lines was been run during our settlement. The one line left open (editable) and the 2 line were run on the ;last period.

My concern is, all 3 lines should be settled right? Any possible reason why only 2 lines were settled? And is it possible to run the settlemnt again for that orders so we can settled the open line? Because we don't want that the order has been settled but when we check the settlement rule parameters, one line is still open and can be change/edit.
