Viewing Rights on Webi-reports

Hi all,

is it possible to give a group viewing rights on webi reports with drill and filter possibilties like filter bar, input controls etc.?

The access levels "View" and "View on demand" don't include such rights - the filter bar is greyed out.

If I expand the rights on Web Intelligence in "CMC->Applications" with "Reporting - enable formatting" I can filter, but additionally I can go in design view of report. However this should not be allowed.

So is there a solution?

Unfortunately, Filter bar and Input controls are part of the Design mode. There is no other alternate to disable Design mode, but still want to use the those features.

Thanks. But I think it is not really a good explanation. Users should change parameters in viewing mode - so the filter bar is visible in "View" but not useable. An Editing of the whole report can't be a solution. In my eyes this is an issue that can be changed by SAP in future.

If you feel this is a valid change and can be considered by SAP in future releases, there is platform available on which you can share your view and supporting points.
