Hello experts,
is there an option to maintain a standard responsible service organization for the account?
Our problem is that users creating a complaint in the system always need to enter the resonsible service organisation at the beginning of the complaint creation. We would like to avoid this manual step.

Hi Wladimir,
Please try with Responsibility Determination Rule in Org determination profile instead of Org model determination rule.
