standard workflow for create/ change multiple cost centers

kindly let me know how to create / change single and multiple profit centre in MDG for Financials using workflow.

It would be of great help to me if you could let me know the standard workflow templates if any avialable to do them.

Hi Reshma,

1. Check all the available CR types for 0G [MDG-F] data model.
2. Check the entities assigned for each CR type.
3. You can process single / Multiple cost centers through different CR types.To identify that check whether the CR type is configured for multiple objects.[One of the coulmns of the CR details]
4. MDG-F comes with only simple workflows.[No rule-based workflow/BRF]
5. After that configure the CR steps and wokflow steps where you can assign the processors of each step.[Users]

Ex: The CR related to Cost centers is 0G_S003. You can even create a new CR type of your own and assign the entities you need to process under it.

Kindly note that all these can be performed under tcode: MDGIMG

You do not need to perform any activity related to SAP workflow.So the kind of workflow should not bother you.
