Notification- Rework Order creation

Business requirement: Material procured externally are reworked at plant.

In some cases of external procurement if defects are found then the defects can be removed by doing rework at plant at plant work center.

After defect recording Quality department raise a notification to Purchase department .In turn Purchase department suggest for internal rework after negotiation with vendor to debit the rework cost.

Requirement : In notification , Client wants to create rework order from notification action box .

Please suggest.
