Forecasting levels.in IBP by Time periods.

I have defined my planning area to have Technical weeks and Months since Time series would not get generated if I created weeks and Months (although the included Time profile magically has Time profiles with days weeks months quarters and years with incorrect data but very much active, will save it for a separate discussion). Now when I try to create a forecast model only Months show up in the options. Why is it so? Does it mean I cannot have the flexibility of generating forecast in both weeks and months as we see fit?

Here is the configuration showing that I have used both Technical Weeks and Months in the time profile.
