Production order confirmation with serial number

HI Experts

Header material of production order is serial number managed. I have a production order of 3 NOS ie 3 serial numbers assigned to production order.

Now i want to track progress of each unit during production process.

Kindly suggest any work around apart from creating separate production orders for each unit.
