Destination ID ist not equal to the naming convention - please change

When i am executing the Synchronize option in RFC management i am getting this error. I  have already applied Note 1828958.Could you please some one let me know how to resolve this issue.

Can you please let us know what SP level of DMIS you are on? What is the error that you are facing? What destination has TDMS created that is not as per naming convention? 

Please provide us with screenshots and more details to analyse.
