BusinessObjects Tools Using SSO for SAP Netweaver Platforms: Multiple User ID's Issue

We have configured SAP Authentication for our BusinessObjects 4.0 deployment. We have SSO configured in our ECC(6.0)/BW (7.3) systems. If you use "Netweaver" as the desired platform in Analysis for MS Office, the tool will retrieve the available systems from the SAP Logon. Since we have SSO configured, Analysis for MS Office attempts to use SSO. When I select a system to connect to, I receive this error: System found several suitable SAP users for the SNC name of the caller. I assume this is because I have two separate user ID's in each BW system that are both are using the same SNC name. I suppose I could disable SSO for one of the ID's, but I really don't want to do that. It's interesting because this issue doesn't occur with the BEx tools. I've also noticed this behavior occurs with Design Studio when logging via a SAP Netweaver platform.

Has anyone ever run into this, and if so is there a workaround or is this by design?
