configuration of new plant in co code currency AED

Hi experts

We have to create a new co code with AED currency then create a new plant under that company. Request you to kindly help on following queries:

1. How new plant under new company (with AED currency) will be created. In existing case (with INR currency) we used to simply copy the plant code from existing plant code to the required plant code (ie. from AAAA to BBBB).

2. How the pricing procedure (MM) will be different from as is there is the existing case i.e. TAXINN (CIN) and how the same will be mapped

3.How will be the mapping for inter-company stock transfer or sale purchase

4. Any other suggestion, please
