User is unable to open adobe forms on MSS

Hello,

I have a user who is unable to view/open adobe forms. She has acces to mss and she can see the link to the forms, but when she clicks on it she is unable to view them. The rest of the users can see them. Even this user could see them before, but now she can't. Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be? Is it security related? Or do I need to check some settings? Kindly let me know..

Dear Salman,

I also faced the same issue.

Delete all the cookies and histories and then try again it will work and make sure you are opening in internet explorer.

Dear Shaan,

Please check the user settings of the afected user in the SU01 and make sure that default printer is added there in su01.

Hi Salman,

Assuming that you are talking about Adobe forms developed using HCM P&F framework, is she not able to view all the forms that are available in MSS role or it is a specific form?

Check if the process group has not changed.

Is she getting a dump? Could you provide a few more details about the issue, add a few screenshots for better understanding.

yes adobe reader setttings

ask her to use different machine where its working for other users for testing!

otherwise authorization etc needs to be checked
