I am facing a workflow issue in srm 7.0 (application controlled workflow).The workflow status shows ERROR in SWI6.
When checked in BBP_PD there is no work item ID for the shopping cart.
Kindly advice how this can be resolved.

Hi,
is that a general problem for all shopping carts?
Try Transaction SWUE with BUS2121 event SAVED and shopping cart ID.
This will trigger workflow again.
Have also a closer look at the SWI6 protocoll for further error description.
