Missing Org Data of GRC User Request.

Dear Gurus,

Information under Org Data does not come. By some reasons, LDAP is not used. so just want to use SAP HR data.

I have set required all needed customizations I know.

But it never comes. I can see managerID, personal number, etc from table GRACUSER.

Without setting of Organization structure and LDAP, it is possible to get Org data? if possible, what should I have to check?
