ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified(Webi)

Hello Gurus,

We are using BOBJ Webi 4.0 version and we have created a BO Stats report to provide statistics reporting on BO report usage.

It is built on the customized universe and based on the Audit Database table data. we were able to run the webi report in development system but after promoting the job into staging system while refreshing the report we are getting an error like " ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified. (IES 10901)". Any idea why we are getting this error and how we can fix this issue please share your thoughts.
