Generation activity through the call list



Need some help regarding the call list.

I made the whole process to generate the list of calls, segmentation and everything is working.

I need to click to dial a customer call list, a document to open automatically on the screen of CRM, so that the attendant can record the interaction with the customer.

This is possible in version 7.0?

Can you help me please?
